FAQs
Do I need to change the ink in the printer?
Thanks to its thermal printing technology, our TEDDYPRINT® printers require no ink, ribbon or thermal transfer ribbon. Just load the paper and you can print.
Does it print in colour?
Thermal printing allows for single colour printing only.
You can only print in black and white on the following papers: White, Sticker and Semi-transparent.
On coloured papers (pink, blue, yellow) the background will be the same colour as the paper and the print will be black.
Finally, there is also a white paper with blue printing.
Is it compatible with my phone?
The printer is compatible with all Android & iPhone smartphones, tablets or iPads.
Is the impression permanent or will it fade over time?
Teddyprint papers have a lifespan of 10 to 25 years. The life span is indicated for each paper type in its description.
How much do paper refills cost?
Our paper refills are sold in packs of 3 rolls. The classic white paper is available at 14,99€ which makes the roll at 4,99€ which allows you to print up to 150 photos: That is 0,03€ per print!
